OMG WHAT CAN I SAY HOT READ AND A MUST READ!!!! DRAG RACING AT ITS FINEST!!
I rec’d an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest opinion. This is Mismousey’s very honest opinion of JENNY SIEGEL “QUARTER MILE HEARTS”.
Ms. Siegel has done a magical way of capturing the readers attention right from the start. Once you open the book- you find yourself hypnotized to the point you can and will not put the book down till you have finished it! Her characters are brought to life -you find yourself right there with them on the quarter mile in the car racing . Feeling the every emotion right along with Stone as she races.
Quarter Mile is about racing and how a young women comes to deal with her emotions and feeling of her childhood. Stone lost a lot during her younger years due to her fathers racing on the quarter mile. Her mother left- her uncle was killed- she decided that racing was not gonna be her life and no one that races was gonna be in her life. Oh man but a one night stand with the hunk Max Morgan- after that she avoided him. Stone would come back to ton once every 6 months but she would not see him.
NOw she gets a call that her father has been in an accident -he is in the hospital hurt bad. She takes off to be with him. No second thoughts about it. Once she gets there- she finds out he will be ok. Stone goes home- in the morning she goes to the garage thats when she finds out Max works for her father.
Now this story has a whole bunch of twist and turns in it. It will keep you on the end of your seat ( edge of the page (hehehe) ) As it is a true page tuner. In order to find out what happens to Max and Stone- YOU HAVE TO READ THIS AMAZING -TERRIFIC-GENIUS OF RACING STORY!! I recommend this book to all readers. Mismousey gives it a firm rating of 50 out of 5 stars. NOW RACE AND GET YOUR COPY TODAY!!
